Working Principle
The impeller is in direct contact with the fluid & the liquid flow drives the impeller to rotate, and there are four evenly distributed magnetic blades on the impeller So that the rotating magnetic blade induction Hall switch generates a frequency signal proportional to the flow rate. The Impeller adopts a five-piece paddle wheel design & is made of PP/PVDF/PTFE, which better ensures the dynamic balance characteristics & improves the linear & repeatability accuracy of the Sensor.
